1 General Terms & Conditions

Baj Baji (hereinafter referred to as "the Platform", "we", "us" or "our") is an internationally licensed online gaming service provider. Every user is responsible for reading these Terms and Conditions carefully before accessing the bajbaji.onl website or using any of its services.

Each user may only operate one account. Creating multiple accounts (duplicate accounts) is strictly prohibited and may result in the forfeiture of all bonuses.

• Please provide your full name, mobile number, and date of birth accurately during registration.
• Phone number verification (OTP) is mandatory.
• A national ID card or passport may be required for identity verification (KYC).
• Keep your password secure — do not share your account with anyone.
• Report any unauthorised use of your account to us immediately.

Baj Baji may request identity verification at any time. Failure to provide the required documents within the specified timeframe may result in the temporary suspension of the account.

3 Deposit & Withdrawal

Deposits and withdrawals on Baj Baji are simple, fast, and secure. Transactions can be completed using bKash, Nagad, Rocket, USDT, and other approved payment methods.

• Minimum Deposit: BDT 500 (or as specified by the relevant method).
• Minimum Withdrawal: BDT 1,000।

• Withdrawals can only be made using the same payment method used for the original deposit.
• To prevent money laundering, Baj Baji monitors all large transactions.

If a withdrawal is declined for any reason, the user will be informed along with the reason. If unusual activity or fraud is suspected, Baj Baji reserves the right to suspend the payment while an investigation is ongoing.

4 Bonuses & Promotions

Baj Baji regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each bonus comes with specific terms that must be read before claiming.

• Welcome Bonus: Applies to new members on their first deposit only. Limited to one per person, household, or device.
• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before withdrawal (typically 10x–30x).
• Validity: Every bonus has an expiry date. Any unused bonus will be automatically forfeited once it expires.

5 Gaming Rules

All games on Baj Baji are operated in accordance with international standards. Each game has its own rules, which should be read before starting to play.

• All bets are final and cannot be changed once confirmed.
• If a game is interrupted due to a technical issue, Baj Baji will determine the outcome based on server logs.
• In Live Casino games, the dealer's decision is final; however, disputes may be raised in the event of an error.
• If an event is cancelled in Sports Betting, your stake will be refunded.
• Exploiting bugs or glitches in any game to gain an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited.

Any disputes regarding game results on Baj Baji must be submitted to the support team within 72 hours of the game ending. Disputes raised after this period will not be accepted.

6 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Baj Baji platform to ensure fairness and security:

• Use of money laundering or funds from illegal sources.
• Operating multiple accounts to take advantage of bonuses.
• Playing games using bots or automated software.
• Colluding with other players to influence game outcomes.
• Exploiting system hacks or glitches to gain an unfair advantage.
• Use of fraudulent payment information.
• Harassing or abusing other users.

7 Account Closure & Suspension

Baj Baji reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time and for any reason. Under normal circumstances, users will be notified in advance with the reason provided.

• At the user's request: You may close your account at any time. Any outstanding bonus that has not met its conditions will be forfeited upon closure.
• Inactive Account: A maintenance fee may apply if an account remains inactive for 12 consecutive months.
• Policy Violation: Violation of these Terms and Conditions will result in immediate account closure.

Any balance remaining after account closure (excluding bonuses) will be refunded, subject to verification.

8 Responsible Gaming
